Although it was expected that the income of any technology is a systematic, computer education broke sharply and the school was not prepared for it. There were profound changes at all levels, and the school did not adapt to these changes, students with prior knowledge in computing, not yet equipped institutions, computer teachers without pedagogical training, to address these problems was necessary to the preparation of a coherent planning that takes into account both the educational problems as those of the institution. Currently still working on it is still rapid technological advances since beyond this planning that always seems to be incomplete.
