Windows XP still sells more copies than Vista

We approach the second birthday of Vista, and we move more and more of the launch of Windows XP, so Microsoft has had enough time to position Vista on the market. However, despite the fact that DirectX is only found in Vista, that sellers can no longer distribute XP, various advertising campaigns, and other things, users will still prefer to buy XP instead of Vista. According to recent estimates by the end of this years Vista will have been adopted by the 9% of the companies and will not reach a third of the market until after 2010. On top of that, Windows is still selling more copies Visa. In addition, many have expressed that they prefer to wait until Windows 7 comes out instead of installing Vista. Because Windows 7 has been working for several months and is rumored to be to be released next year, maybe it's time that Microsoft to focus its efforts towards this new operating system.
